In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13 the following information is confirmed in respect of the appointment of Alan Jope and Susan Kilsby, who were duly elected by the shareholders of Unilever PLC at the Annual General Meeting on 2 May 2019. Susan Kilsby's appointment will take effect from 1 August 2019.
