STATEMENT RE: UKRPRODUCT GROUP LIMITED AND EUROPEAN BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT LOAN ("EBRD")

Ukrproduct Group Limited (AIM: UKR), one of the leading Ukrainian producers and distributors of branded dairy foods and beverages (kvass) announces that, in connection with the amended Loan Agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ("EBRD") announced on 30 June 2016, EBRD has issued a Notice of Effectiveness confirming receipt, in a form satisfactory to them, of all documents and evidences to give effect to the amended Loan Agreement with an effective date of 24 October 2016.
