Sarantel Group PLC, (AIM: SLG, "Sarantel"), a leading manufacturer of high-performance, miniature filtering antennas for mobile and wireless devices, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2010, along with a notice of its Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), have been posted to shareholders and are also available on the Company's website www.sarantel.com.
Sarantel's AGM will be held at 10.30 on 24 March 2011 at the offices of Seymour Pierce Limited, 20 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7EN.
