The Company announces that it has today grantedΒ 4,950,000 contingent rights to receive shares andΒ options overΒ 1,700,000Β ordinary shares to directors of the Company as set out below:

TheΒ contingent rights to receive shares have been granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive PlanΒ ('LTIP')Β and theΒ options have been granted under the Company's Enterprise ManagementΒ Incentive ('EMI') Scheme.Β Both theΒ optionsΒ and the contingent rightsΒ may be exercised as to one third after 12Β months, a further third after twoΒ years and the final third after threeΒ years from grant and the options shall expire after 10 years from grant.Β
