Grant of Options
UK Oil & Gas Investments PLC (LSE AIM/ISDX: UKOG) announces that options (the "Options") over a total of 65,000,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were awarded yesterday at an exercise price of 1.82 pence (being the closing price of an Ordinary Share on 27 September 2016). The Options vest immediately and will expire in three years from the date of grant.
The Options represent, in aggregate, 2.6% of the existing Ordinary Share capital of the Company and have been issued to Executive Directors and consultants to the Company. Following the issue, the Company has a total of 214,166,667 options and warrants outstanding, representing approximately 8.4% of the existing Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
Following the grant of these Options, the Directors hold the following Ordinary Shares and options.
