Cancellation of share options

The Company announces that following a review of all share dealings undertaken by each of its directors in the last 12 months, the Board have noted that the cancellation of options held by David Wither, Chief Executive Officer, and Oliver Leisten, Chief Technology Officer, (the "Directors") were not announced in accordance with AIM Rule 17.

On 21 January 2009, the Company cancelled options over a total of 313,333 ordinary shares held by David Wither. The options were exercisable at a price of 3 pence per share. In addition, on 25 March 2008, the Company cancelled options over a total of 38,636 ordinary shares held by Oliver Leisten. The options were exercisable at a price of 24.2 pence per share.

The cancellation of Mr Leisten's options was correctly reflected in the report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2008, which was signed off by the Company's auditors and the Board on 1 December 2008.
