Director's shareholding

The Company announces that today Dr Oliver Leisten, Chief Technology Officer, purchased 195,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.5 pence per shares, equivalent to 0.10 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.

Following the purchase, Dr Leisten now holds 252,692 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.13 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
