Sarantel Group PLC11 December 2006 Sarantel Group PLC ('Sarantel') Directorate Changes Sarantel is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Ernest Arthur Richardsonto the Board of Sarantel as Non Executive Director with immediate effect. On theappointment, Mr Matt Taylor and Mr David Ward will retire from the board. Ernie, aged 56, is a graduate Chemical Engineer and Chartered ManagementAccountant. He is the CEO and Managing Partner of MTI Partners, the privateequity firm, and is also a Director and Chairman of several of MTI's investeecompanies with a general focus on software and communications. At MTI he hasbeen responsible for a number of the firm's most successful transactions. Hebecame CEO & Managing Partner in 2003.
