Board change

Sarantel Group PLC, (AIM: SLG, "Sarantel"), a leading manufacturer of high-performance, miniature antennas for mobile and wireless devices, announces that Sitkow Yeung, Finance Director, has resigned in order to take up a similar position in a larger private company.

It is expected he will leave the Group on 30 June 2010, after which his duties will be taken on in the interim by Nicola Malyon, Group Financial Controller.
