Board change

UK Oil & Gas Investments PLC (AIM: UKOG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jason Berry as an Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Berry has extensive experience operating in global public markets having spent approximately 20 years working in the financial services sector in London.

Mr. Jason Charles Berry, aged 44, has held the following directorships and /or partnerships in the last 5 years:

Mr. Berry has no interest in the Company's issued share capital.

Mr Berry will be issued with options over 10 million new ordinary shares at an exercise price of 1.15p (being the last closing mid-market price) expiring 5 years from the date of grant and which vest immediately.

There is no further information on Mr. Berry required to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) (i)-(viii) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
