Director declaration
In accordance with LR 9.6.14 of the listing rules of the Financial Services Authority, we wish to advise that Mr Michael Findlay, a non-executive director of UK Mail Group plc ('the Company') has resigned as a director of RSM Tenon Group plc.
Michael Findlay is to re-join Bank of America Merrill Lynch in a senior executive role and will therefore step down from the RSM Tenon Group plc board at the end of May.
