UK Mail Group plc has received notification that on 6 June 2014, Steven Glew, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibility, ("PDMR"), purchased 4,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 627p per Share.

Following this purchase Steven Glew now holds voting rights attached to 125,263 ordinary Shares representing 0.23% of the issued share capital of the Company.

On the same day (6 June 2014), Carl Moore, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibility, ("PDMR"), purchased 4,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 627p per Share.

Following this purchase Carl Moore now holds voting rights attached to 5,177 ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
