Change in shareholdings

The Company was notified on 6 August 2013 of the following changes in beneficial holdings, arising from changes to a family trust:
1. that of John Kane (adult son of Peter Kane, chairman of UK Mail) had increased from 15,455,647 UK Mail shares (28.24%) to 16,417,127 UK Mail shares (29.99%);
2. that of Joanne Bailey (adult daughter of Peter Kane) had decreased from 3,974,320 UK Mail shares (7.26%) to 3,333,333 UK Mail shares (6.09%); and
3. that of James Kane (adult son of Peter Kane) had decreased from 1,730,867 UK Mail shares (3.16%) to 1,410,374 UK Mail shares (2.58%).
