Director/PDMR Shareholding

UK Mail Group plc. (the "Company") has today received notification that on 11 June 2013 the following directors and PDMRs were granted options ("Options") under the Company's Share Matching Plan ("SMP") to acquire ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company for nil consideration as follows:

The options will ordinarily vest on the third anniversary of grant subject to the grantee's continued employment and the Company meeting the required earnings per share growth condition.
No consideration was paid for the grant of options, and no payment will become due on the vesting and exercise of the options.
The Company also received notification that Guy Buswell today transferred 40,000 shares to his wife, Joanne Buswell, for nil consideration. There is no resultant change in his beneficial interest which remains at 325,612 shares (0.59% of the issued share capital of the Company).
