Dear Sirs,
Board Meeting of United Bank Limited ("UBL")
This is to inform you that 195th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Wednesday, 25 February 2015 at Dubai at 10:00 a.m (UAE Time), inter-alia, to consider and approve the Annual Accounts of UBL for the year ended 31 December 2014.
We will communicate the financial results for the said period to the exchanges on same day from our fax numbers (021-32411749 or (021-990332304) and through PUCARS.
The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 13 February 2015 to 25 February 2015 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance 2012 contained. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in / buy & sell the shares of the UBL in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the members of the Exchange accordingly.
