Unbound Group plc (AIM:UBG) announces that on 06 February 2023, Alastair Miller, Independent Non-Executive Director, purchased 416,396 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.8 pence per share. Mr Miller's interest is now in 416,396 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.6 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
