Unbound Group plc (AIM:UBG) announces that on 17 January 2023, Gavin Manson Chief Financial Officer, purchased 222,256 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 4.03 pence per share. Mr Manson's interest is now in 1,190,219 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.8 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
