Total Voting Rights
In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTRs), the total number of ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company in issue as at the close of business on 31 August 2022 is 65,155,980, each having equal voting rights.
No shares are held in treasury, therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 65,155,980.
Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the issued share capital of the Company, under the DTRs.
