Unicorn AIM VCT PLC (the "Company") Issue of Supplementary Prospectus The Board announces that it has published a supplementary prospectus ("theSupplementary Prospectus") relating to the offer for subscription for newordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company to raise up to £20million. The Supplementary Prospectus refers to the publication of the Company's annualreport and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2013 ("2013 Accounts"),certain information from which is incorporated by reference into theSupplementary Prospectus, and the updated unaudited NAV per Share as at 29November 2013.
