Update on Offer for Subscription
Unicorn AIM VCT plc ("the Company").
The Company launched an offer for subscription to raise up to £30 million (with an over-allotment facility to raise up to a further £20 million) through the issue of up to a maximum of 35 million ordinary shares of 1p each ("the Offer"). Full details of the Offer are contained in a prospectus issued by the Company dated 25 July 2017 ("the Prospectus").
The board of Directors of the Company has agreed, after consultation with Unicorn Asset Management (UAM), the Company's Investment Manager, that in accordance with the terms of the Offer, to extend the closing date of the Offer to 12.00 noon on Friday 17 November 2017 (unless fully subscribed by an earlier date).
