Intention to launch an Offer
The Directors of Unicorn AIM VCT plc are pleased to announce that they intend to launch an offer for subscription to raise up to £25 million (through the issue of new ordinary shares ("the Offer").
The prospectus, which will contain the full details and terms and conditions of the Offer, is expected to be available in January 2022.
