Block Listing Application
U and I Group PLC announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for the block listing of 400,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each fully paid ("Ordinary Shares") to trade on the main market of the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List in connection with the issue of ordinary shares pursuant to the Company's SAYE option plan.
It is expected that admission of these Ordinary Shares will become effective on 28 June 2018. These shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue and will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the issue of ordinary shares under the Company's SAYE option plan.
