Tertiary Minerals PLC14 December 2005 TERTIARY MINERALS PLC ADDITIONAL LISTING Further to the announcement made on 7 December 2005, the Company has today madeapplication for 5,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company to be admitted totrading on AIM. These shares have been issued at a subscription price of 10p per share pursuantto the terms of a Preliminary Agreement with a consortium of Saudi Arabianinvestors to provide a funding package of up to US$7 million for the completionof Preliminary and Bankable feasibility studies for the development of theCompanys world-class Ghurayyah tantalum-niobium project in Saudi Arabia.2,500,000 of the new shares have been issued to each member of the consortium,namely A.H.Algosaibi & Bros. Co. and AlNahla Trading & Contracting Co.Dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to commence on 20 December2005.
