Directors' Shareholdings

Taylor Wimpey Performance Share Plan ("TWPSP") - 2012 Awards

Conditional performance share awards have today been granted to three Executive Directors as set out in the table below.

The price used to calculate the above awards was 49.37 pence being the average mid-market close price for Taylor Wimpey plc 1p Ordinary Shares for the three days prior to the date of these awards on 5 March 2012.

The vesting of awards under the TWPSP will be subject to the achievement of performance criteria based on Total Shareholder Return, Return on Capital Employed and Margin, which will be measured at the end of the applicable three year performance period.
