Directors' Shareholdings - Dividend Re-Investment
In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company") has been advised by SG Hambros Trust Company (Channel Islands) Limited, as Trustee of the Employee Benefit Trust, that on 7 October 2016, as a result of participation by the Trust in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") in respect of the Interim Dividend for 2016 paid by the Company on 7 October 2016, the following number of ordinary shares in the Company have been added to the conditional deferred share bonus awards granted under the Taylor Wimpey 2008 Executive Incentive Scheme ("TWEIS") to the Directors named below.
