Taylor Wimpey plc - Robert Noel to be appointed as an Independent Non Executive Director

The Board of Taylor Wimpey plc is delighted to announce that Robert Noel will be appointed as an Independent Non Executive Director with effect from 1 October 2019.

Rob is a Chartered Surveyor with over thirty years' experience in the property sector, including from 2012 to date as the CEO of Land Securities Group PLC. He was previously Property Director of Great Portland Street Estates plc from 2002 to 2009 and was recently the President of the British Property Federation. He is also a Trustee of the Natural History Museum.

Upon his appointment to the Board, Rob will also become a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee.

There are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of Rob Noel's appointment.
