Change of name in respect of £250,000,000 11.175% Bonds due 2012 (now named £250,000,000 Variable Rate Bonds due 2012) (ISIN: XS0142298685) (the "2012 Bonds") and £200,000,000 10.925% Bonds due 2019 (now named £200,000,000 Variable Rate Bonds due 2019) (ISIN: XS0193226965) (the "2019 Bonds")
Following the interest rate adjustments in relation to the 2012 Bonds and the 2019 Bonds on 6 August 2009, the 2012 Bonds have been renamed the "£250,000,000 Variable Rate Bonds due 2012" and the 2019 Bonds have been renamed the "£200,000,000 Variable Rate Bonds due 2019" with effect from and including 24 August 2009.
