Notification of PDMR Transactions
Focusrite plc (AIM: TUNE), the global music and audio products company, announces that a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) completed the sale of part of their beneficial interest in the Company.
Christian Hellinger, CEO ADAM Audio, has sold the 3,036 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 480.00 pence per Ordinary Share on 7 June 2023 and
1,000 Ordinary Shares also at 480.00 pence per Ordinary Share on 8 June 2023.
Following the transaction, Christian Hellinger will retain a beneficial holding of 1,200 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.002% of the current issued share capital.
The information set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
