Focusrite Plc (AIM:TUNE), received notification that Tim Dingley, classified PDMR of the Company, that on 18th January 2018 he exercised 20,847 options over ordinary shares under the Focusrite Plc PSP scheme at 0.1p each, he subsequently sold 20,847 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 360 pence per Ordinary Share on 25 January 2018.
