LTIP and Share option awards

Award under the LTIP scheme

On 30 October 2014, the Company granted the award of 1,288,399 shares under the Company's approved LTIP Scheme, equivalent to 1.75% of the Company's issued share capital. The following directors were included under the award:-

Award under the ESOP scheme

In addition, on the same date, the Company granted 875,000 share options over Ordinary Shares under the Company's approved ESOP Scheme, equivalent to 1.19% of the Company's issued share capital. The strike price of these options is 45.25p per share and no directors were included in the award.

The Company now has a total of 2,955,871 awards outstanding under the LTIP scheme, representing 4.01% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital and a further 2,881,601 share options in existence issued under the rules of the ESOP Scheme, representing 3.91% of the issued share capital. In total, the maximum number of potentially dilutive shares issued under the LTIP and ESOP schemes totals 5,837,472 representing 7.92% of total issued share capital.
