Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Further to the announcement made on 18 July 2014 relating to the proposed issue of £2 million convertible bonds to Odey European Inc., Tri-Star has today posted to shareholders a circular (the "Circular") giving notice of a General Meeting to be held at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG at 11.00a.m. (BST) on Tuesday, 26 August 2014.
The Circular will be available for download on the Company's website, www.tri-starresources.com today.
