Issue of Equity
Tri-Star (AIM: TSTR), the integrated antimony development company, announces that it has today agreed to allot and issue 90,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each ("New Shares") following the exercise of options by Mike Hirschfield, Non-Executive Director, at an exercise price of 0.005 pence per share.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that the shares will be issued, admission will become effective and that trading in the New Shares will commence on 4 September 2014 ("Admission").
Following exercise of the options and issue of the New Shares, Mike Hirschfield beneficially holds 91,953,674 ordinary shares of 0.005p each, representing 1.33 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission of the New Shares and for the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights will be 6,937,257,889 Ordinary Shares of 0.005p each.
Tri-Star does not currently hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
Issue of Share Options
Guy Eastaugh, Chief Financial Officer, has today been granted options over 16,670,000 ordinary shares of 0.005p each in the Company, exercisable at a price of 0.19 pence per ordinary share for a period of 10 years. Guy Eastaugh currently holds no ordinary shares in Tri-Star.
