Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention products, announces that on 27 July 2023, Paul Swinney, Chief Executive Officer, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 350 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result, Paul Swinney's beneficial interest in the Company is 312,350 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.66 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
