Belgravium Technologies PLC22 December 2005 For Immediate Release 22 December 2005 Belgravium Technologies Plc Trading Update The Board of Belgravium Technologies Plc, designers and manufacturers of mobilecomputers, announces that some contracts expected by Belgravium Ltd in the lastquarter of 2005 have been deferred until next year. Whilst the recently acquired Touchstar Ltd is performing as anticipated, thiswill mean that Group sales and profits for the year will be lower than expected,although well in excess of the prior year. The deferred contracts, supported bycloser examination of Touchstar Ltd's operations since the acquisition, meanthat the Board is still very confident that 2006 performance will be at least inline with expectation.
