Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights
Touchstar plc (AIM: TST), suppliers of mobile data computing solutions and managed services to a variety of industrial sector announces that on 11 September 2023, pursuant to the authority approved by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 22 April 2023, the Company purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 98.9 pence per share (the "Transaction").
The Ordinary Shares, which have been purchased, will be held in treasury. In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1R) the Company hereby notifies the market that immediately following the Transaction its issued share capital will remain the same and consist of 8,475,077 Ordinary Shares of which 250,000 Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 8,225,077. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
