Notice to ETP Securityholders of the Leverage Shares 3x Tesla ETP Securities (ISIN: XS2297549128) (the "Relevant Series")

Leverage Shares plc (the "Issuer") has previously advised the ETP Securityholders of the Relevant Series that the degree of leverage exposure provided by the Relevant Series to the Reference Asset on the exchanges where it trades, will deviate from its Leverage Factor until further notice (the "Tracking Error"). 

By way of update, the Issuer intends to bring the degree of leverage exposure provided by the Relevant Series to the Reference Asset to close to 2.85x as at open of trading on 16 June 2023, on the exchanges on which it trades. Furthermore, as at open of trading on 19 June 2023, the Issuer expects that the Tracking Error will cease and the Leverage Factor will return to 3x.

Terms used but not defined in this notice shall bear the meanings assigned to them in the Issuer's Base Prospectus approved by the Central Bank of Ireland on 4 May 2023.
