Mr. Michael Cronk informed the Company on 22 December 2010 that on 21 December 2010 he sold, through the stock market, his entire holding of 14,570 ordinary shares representing 6.12% per cent of the Company to his wife, Mrs A.M. Cronk.
Following the transaction Mr. Michael Cronk no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company and Mrs A.M. Cronk has an interest in 6.12% of the Company's total voting rights.
