LONDON: 30 June 2016 - Trans-Siberian Gold plc ("TSG" or "the Company") (TSG.L) reports that it was notified by UFG Asset Management ("UFG") on 29 June 2016 that, as a result of the disposal of 60,000 TSG ordinary shares on 17 June 2016, the interest of UFG and its associates in TSG had reduced to 60,498,112 TSG ordinary shares, being 54.97 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
