Transense Technologies plc (AIM: TRT) was notified on 28 July 2015 that following the placing and offer for subscription Mr. and Mrs. Lobbenberg's interest in ordinary shares in the Company will be 43,449,023 representing 9.2% of the enlarged voting rights.
