Exercise of Warrants and Exercise of Options
Transense Technologies plc (the "Company") announces that it has approved the issue and allotment of 750,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Option Shares") following the exercise of share options by an employee.
The Company also announces that it has issued 6,164 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Warrant Shares") following the exercise of warrants at a price of 4.5 pence per share.
Application will be made for the 750,000 Option Shares and 6,164 Warrant Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 11 June 2014.
Following the issue of the Option Shares and the Warrant Shares, the Company's issued share capital will be 290,131,984 ordinary shares representing 290,131,984 voting rights in the Company.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
