The Company received notification on 24 August 2011 that on 13 July 2010, 260,307 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") and 135,307 warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at 4.5p per share were transferred from a non-family third party to Daman Financial Services ("Daman"), a company controlled by David Kleeman, Chairman of the Company. Daman is acting as a bare nominee and holds these Ordinary Shares and warrants on trust for the transferee.
As a result of the above transaction, David Kleeman now has an interest, via Daman, of 2,276,973 Ordinary Shares representing 1.73% of the issued capital of the Company, of which 260,307 Ordinary Shares (0.20%) represent a non-beneficial interest.
