Lobbenberg, following the completion of the Placing and Offer for Subscription announced on 21 December 2011, are directly and indirectly interested in 32,461,706 1 pence ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") representing 18.37% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
