Transense Technologies plc (the "Company") was notified on 24th February 2014 that David Kleeman, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the Company, has transferred a total of 794,444 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company for nil consideration, to his children and grandchildren. David Kleeman will continue to hold the shares as a bare trustee for the nominee accounts designated for his family members.

Following the transfer, David Kleeman continues to have a beneficial and non-beneficial interest in 4,479,933 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.57% of the Company's total voting rights. 3,128,891 of these Ordinary Shares are held beneficially with the balance of 1,351,042 Ordinary Shares being held non-beneficially.
