Director Declaration

Pursuant to UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R(2), Trustpilot announces that Angela Seymour-Jackson, independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Rathbones Group plc ("Rathbones") and of its main subsidiary, Rathbones Investment Management Limited, with effect from 1 October 2026, subject to regulatory approval. It is intended that Angela will succeed the incumbent as senior independent director during the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approval.

Upon joining the board of Rathbones, Angela will be appointed as a member of its risk, audit, nomination and remuneration committees.

Rathbones shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange.
