Trustpilot Group plc (the "Company") announces that its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 (the "2022 Annual Report") and the notice of annual general meeting (the "Notice of AGM") have today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders. Copies of the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

The Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM") will be held at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 23 May 2023 at 5th Floor, The Minster Building, 21 Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7AG. Further information on the Company's AGM arrangements can be found in the Notice of AGM.
