Tower Resources plc ("Tower" or "the Company") (AIM:TRP)
Issue of Equity
Tower Resources plc, the oil and gas exploration company with interests in sub-Saharan Africa, principally in Namibia and Uganda, announces that it has allotted and issued 3,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each to Corporate Synergy Holdings Limited ("CSHL") following the exercise of options held by CSHL at 1.5p per share. These options were issued in 2005 and were due to expire this calendar year.
The Company has applied for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and which is expected to take place on 22 October 2010.
