Executive Director Performance Share Plan ("PSP") Grant Notification
The Company announces that on 30 June 2022 the Executive Director noted below was granted awards under the Trainline plc Performance Share Plan in the form of Performance Share Units ("PSUs").
The PSUs will vest subject to stretching performance conditions over a 3-year period ending 28 February 2025 based on the Company's cumulative earnings per share ("EPS"), average annual Revenue growth and relative total shareholder return ("TSR") weighted 25%; 25%; and 50% of the grant respectively as disclosed in the FY 2022 Annual Report. A two-year holding period will apply on vesting, during which vested shares may not be sold save to cover tax liabilities.
