The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited (the 'Company')

Interim Dividend

The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited is pleased to announce an interim dividend of 3.08 pence per Ordinary Share in respect of the six months ended 30 June 2015, which will be paid on 30 September 2015 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 21 August 2015.

The Company will also be offering shareholders a scrip dividend alternative to this interim dividend. Details will be sent to shareholders (and will be available from the Company's website, www.trig-ltd.com) on or around 1 September 2015. If shareholders wish to receive all or part of this interim dividend by way of new shares in the Company, election forms need to be filed by 5pm on 15 September 2015. If no action is taken, the interim dividend will be paid as cash, unless a previous standing election was completed.

The Company will announce its results for the half year ended 30 June 2015 on 27 August 2015.
