Trifast PLC27 September 2005 Block Listing Application The board of Trifast plc ("Trifast" or the "Company") announces that applicationhas been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 500,000Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company, and to the LondonStock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading on its market forlisted securities. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with theexisting issued Ordinary Shares of the Company. The application is in respect of Ordinary Shares that may fall to be issuedpursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's save as you earn shareoption scheme.
