Interim Management Statement

Triad Group Plc presents its interim management statement, as required by the UK Listing Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules, which covers the period from 1 October 2013 to 13 February 2014.

Trading in the second half of the financial year has continued in line with internal expectations. We continue to strengthen and develop the Group's service offering.

The Company continues to operate comfortably within the financial facilities available to it.
